Refund, Upgradation & Support Policy

Thank you for purchasing MarkazSoft, a product by MarkazSoft.
These terms apply to any installation, customization or support service you request from us.
Interpretation & Definitions
Interpretation
Words with initial capitals have the meanings defined below—they apply in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Company: “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to MarkazSoft.
- Products: items sold via our website.
- Orders: your request to purchase our installation or services.
- Service/Support/Customization: via our ticket system at support@MarkazSoft.com.
- Website: MarkazSoft, accessible at https://MarkazSoft.MarkazSoft.com/.
- You: the individual or entity using our Service.
- Codecanyon: the marketplace where we sell our software.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once work begins and payment is made, orders are non‑refundable. However, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if no work has yet started.
If customization is in progress and a new version of the software is released, we are not obliged to upgrade your instance automatically. Any upgrades after customization must be arranged separately.
Support Policy
- No support is provided after the installation/customization is complete.
- During the customization process, you receive up to 2 revisions.
- After handover, no further revisions or support are included.
Extended Support
- We include 6 months of free technical support from purchase date.
- After expiry, you may purchase a 6‑month extension via our support portal.
- Extended support covers bug‑fixes only (no new customizations or consulting).
By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Please do not order if you disagree.
